Care, Custody or Control

The Care, Custody or Control policy is an insurance program designed specifically for breeding farm and show stable owners, operators and trainers who are entrusted with the care of animals owned by others. Many equestrians do not realize that most General Liability policies exclude coverage for death or injury.

With Care, Custody or Control, you are protected against the legal liability resulting from injury to or death of a horse not owned by you in your care and the cost to defend any suits alleging injury to or death of a horse not owned by you but in your care.
